Frédéric takes on a newly created position as Rise Up paves the way for further innovations in the Learning and Development (L&D) landscape.
Seasoned L&D professional Frédéric Hébert has stepped into a new role as Chief Learning Officer (CLO) at Rise Up, one of Europe’s leading all-in-one learning and AI platform providers. Formerly serving as Chief Product Officer, Frédéric has driven pivotal product developments for the company, including advancements in personalisation and AI capabilities that enhance in the moment learning experiences, while supporting the company’s scaling efforts.
Frédéric brings over 15 years of expertise in driving digital transformation within HR departments for Fortune 500 companies. His experience includes roles at major enterprises like the Renault Group and Alstom. As the Head of Digital Learning at Danone, he led global initiatives that expanded the company's reach into emerging markets and introduced new products.
Armed with his industry knowledge and experience, Frédéric will work with L&D professionals to solve today’s learning challenges which include the rapid pace of change, multigenerational workforce needs and the growing skills gap. He is a strong advocate for improving time-to-skill and hyper-personalisation through adaptive learning, Artificial Intelligence and other technologies, all while optimising Rise Up’s own product architecture.
